What i should have done??

haiz...passed few days really depressing for me...so hard to be an equally good SGT. i felt that i am being squashed from both side, the higher ranks and the men. why can't the men juz listen and do according? it's all for their own good also...faster finish faster book out. why would they do otherwise? i complain to the ps that they were not doing the given job well and now i guess the whole plt are bearing grudes against mi...

this the problem: i caught 1 man going to canteen to pack food. is his pltmate saw him and inform mi. caught up with him and ask why go canteen.i had no choice but to tell ps. and now he is awarded 3extras...now this man is complaining to other sgt that i no welfare, nv give chances etc. wat i shld have done??? did i do wrong? he nv even asked whether he can go canteen or not and there been cases that men were given extras when they go canteen. jus this week alone, more than 10 extras have been given out to men and comdr. reason being the comdrs give canteen break to the man and that is consider not following instruction and the man given extra cos then eat in the canteen rather than buying tibits and drinks...why would the man still wan to go canteen??

as u can read from the reason why extras were given, those 2 reason jux dun match...haiz...also dunno wat to say...

haiz..being a sgt is so hard and pressurizing..shld i juz quit and fucked care everything??



Life is so bitter. memories are the worst especially those that involve ppl that have forgotten u. why do i still think abt that person??life is too bland for mi.....
